** SUMMARY
* * As a Change Consultant specializing in Training and Communications, you will be instrumental in driving organizational transformation and helping stakeholders navigate complex change initiatives.

Your role will focus on designing and delivering compelling training programs and communications strategies that enable teams to embrace change effectively. You will work with senior leadership to translate change vision into actionable learning experiences and clear messaging, ultimately ensuring successful adoption across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in how organizations approach and implement transformational change.

** YOU WILL:
*** Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that support organizational change initiatives
* Create and execute communications strategies that clearly articulate change objectives and benefits to all stakeholders
* Design learning materials and resources that engage diverse audiences and accommodate different learning styles
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build capability and confidence during periods of transition
* Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to understand change requirements and translate them into practical training solutions
* Measure the effectiveness of training and communications interventions through feedback and performance metrics
* Support change management activities by identifying skill gaps and developing targeted learning interventions
* Act as a trusted advisor to help organizations communicate complex change messages with clarity and impact
** IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
*** 3-5 years of training and communication experience
* Professional qualifications or certifications in change management methodologies such as Prosci or equivalent frameworks
* Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs within corporate environments
* Background or knowledge within the energy, oil and gas, or similar heavy industrial sectors
* Demonstrated expertise in change communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences at all organizational levels
* Experience in developing digital learning content and utilizing various training delivery methods
* Excellent project management abilities with a track record of delivering initiatives on time and within scope
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess organizational needs and recommend solutions
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and build positive working relationship
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic consulting environment
