As a 2027 University Intern - US Marketing (Fuel Sales & Supply), you will gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that help build your technical and professional skills at Phillips 66. Our US Marketing organization serves the public every day by ensuring that our high-quality petroleum products are available in more than 7,600 stations and airports nationwide.

Managing logistics/supply chain, pricing, and sales activities from the refinery gate to the fuel pump, we are the stewards of the well-recognized Phillips 66®, Conoco®, 76® brands and Phillips 66® Aviation. These iconic brands have powerful regional strength with strong performance in the Midwest, Rockies, and on the West Coast.

What You'll Do

  • Orientation and training events, field trips, social activities, weekly seminars, and opportunities to meet and interact with functional leaders.
  • Participating in continuous coaching conversations with your manager, who will provide direction throughout your internship.
  • Working with an assigned mentor for further guidance and to help you with the technical challenges of your role and give assistance in navigating through the day-to-day questions regarding working in the corporate world.
  • Giving a presentation at the end of the summer to senior business leaders and key stakeholders.

What You'll Bring – Required

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Management Business or equivalent field of study or a Master's degree in Economics, Finance or MBA
  • Greater than 60 hours of earned college credit
  • Graduation date of August 2027 or later
  • Available for a minimum of ten continuous weeks
  • Available to work at Houston, TX headquarters

What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred

  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Previous internship or co-op participant in related industry or field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

Compensation Range

This position has a pay range of $2,571 – $3,366 bi-weekly, dependent on a candidate's degree type and expected graduation date.
