What you'll be doing

• Lead OSHA and DOT compliance across terminals and fleet operations throughout South Texas
• Conduct incident investigations, manage workers' compensation cases and drive corrective actions
• Deliver engaging safety training while partnering with operational leaders to strengthen safety culture
• Champion continuous improvement through audits, inspections and new safety initiatives

What you'll bring

• Experience with in OSHA-regulated industrial environments, ideally with fleet operations exposure
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to influence at every level
• Experience leading investigations and managing safety compliance programmes
• A practical, approachable style and the ability to build trusted relationships across site teams
