SummaryThe Manager of Business Planning will be a member of the EPC Corporate Planning team, supporting the business unit's strategic planning, headquarters reporting, and corporate governance functions. Working under the direction of the Senior Managers of Business Planning, this role provides analytical support, consolidates business unit reporting for headquarters submission, and administers the internal approval process.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Business Planning, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is hybrid and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 20%.

Essential Job Function & Responsibilities30% - HQ Reporting Consolidation & Submission
- Collect, consolidate, and quality-check report drafts and data inputs from contributing departments for weekly, monthly, and semi-annual headquarters submissions
- Maintain the recurring reporting calendar and secure inputs from owners ahead of submission deadlines
- Track headquarters inquiries through to closure, escalating unresolved items to the Senior Managers of Business Planning
30% - Governance & Approval Process Administration
- Administer internal approval requests and routing, verifying package completeness before submission
- Maintain Delegation of Authority (DOA) reference materials, case precedents, and templates for requesting departments
- Respond to routine procedural inquiries, referring interpretive questions to the Senior Managers of Business Planning
30% - Strategic Planning & Analytical Support
- Conduct market, competitor, and benchmarking research to support the business unit's strategic direction and semi-annual strategy sessions
- Compile and maintain KPI tracking data, flagging variances to the responsible owners
- Prepare analysis and supporting materials for strategy sessions, leadership workshops, and internal pre-session reviews
10% - Other Duties
