- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and proper documentation
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule shipments
- Prepare shipping documents and packaging for outgoing shipments
- Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs
- Complete other duties that may be assigned
- Assist in the setup and installation of computer server racks
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Ability to do basic math calculations
- Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operating instructions)
- Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment
- Additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed
