What You Can ExpectAs a Supply & Contracts Advisor, you will play a key role in managing the successful execution of supplier agreements that support ENGIE's Renewable and Flexible Generation businesses. This role focuses on post-award contract administration, supplier relationship management, and project delivery coordination, helping ensure critical equipment, services, and commercial obligations remain aligned with business objectives and project requirements.
Partnering closely with Procurement Leads, Project Teams, and Suppliers, you will help manage supply agreements that support large-scale infrastructure, renewable energy, and power generation projects while ensuring commercial obligations, project objectives, and supplier relationships remain aligned.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders and suppliers, guiding contract administration, tracking key deliverables, resolving commercial and operational challenges, and supporting supplier performance initiatives. You will help ensure equipment, documentation, and project milestones are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements while maintaining compliance with ENGIE procurement policies and the ENGIE Ethics Charter.
Success in this role requires contract management expertise, relationship-building skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate evolving project requirements across complex, multi-year capital projects.
What You Will Do- Support Procurement Leads in the execution and administration of supply agreements supporting capital projects, operational requirements, and strategic business initiatives
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, managing contract performance, commercial matters, deliverables, and issue resolution throughout the contract lifecycle
- Coordinate contract amendments, schedule updates, technical documentation changes, and evolving project requirements during multi-year contract execution periods
- Monitor contractual obligations, project milestones, supplier commitments, and associated risks to support successful project delivery and business continuity
- Lead supplier performance management activities, including business reviews, corrective action plans, continuous improvement initiatives, and relationship development with key suppliers
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, Legal, and Operational teams to ensure contract compliance, stakeholder alignment, and effective execution of contractual requirements
- Utilize SAP, Power BI, AI‑enabled tools, and other digital solutions to manage purchase orders, maintain procurement and contract records, improve reporting visibility, and drive operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to ENGIE procurement policies, governance standards, compliance requirements, and the ENGIE Ethics Charter
