- Ensure Traders understand and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements regarding EAR, ITAR, ECCN, HTS, schedule B, dual use and end use statements
- Help fast-track international shipments by catching and resolving discrepancies that could delay shipping
- Communicate evolving internal compliance policies to relevant departments and help implement changes effectively
- Collaborate with IT and Compliance teams to implement system updates that reflect export control rules and vendor requirements
- Assist operations with rewriting policies for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 audits
- Help manage vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and audits
- Bachelors degree required, Supply Chain focused preferred
- Experience in export compliance, logistics and operations
- Knowledge of EAR, ECCN, ISO standards and vendor compliance
- Strong CRM navigation skills
- Excellent Excel skills
This role is designed to evolve into a larger impact position with growing responsibilities in vendor compliance, tariffs, customer QA, bottom line reviews and credit checks.
