The Opportunity As a Strategy Consulting Senior Associate, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC, you will analyze client needs, offer consulting services across various strategic areas, and support clients in developing and implementing effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas, and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
