Job Title: Commercial Project Manager (Project Controls, SAP & Financial Reporting)
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Range: $38.51/hour
Schedule: First Shift
Work Arrangement: Hybrid/In-Office (based on business needs)
Employment Type: Contract

• Support project financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and commercial performance to help achieve project objectives.
• Manage commercial aspects of projects, including contract administration, claims support, and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial issues.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting within SAP and other project management systems while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Controls, Commercial Project Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting project financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, or project accounting activities.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems used for project and financial management.
• Understanding of contract administration, commercial controls, risk management, or claims processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
