Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Deposit Ops Specialist IV serves as a primary contact for the resolution of various complex operational issues.

This role is responsible for various in-depth transactions, reviews and audits in the Bank. The role must ensure a high level of customer service and process decisions while minimizing risk to Ally Bank. The must compile with all statutes and requirements. This role recommends procedure/policy changes needed to avoid/reduce future new account issues.

• 1+ years' experience in financial services preferred.
• Bachelor Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
• Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft Office - Excel and Power Point

Minimum Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent
