A&M CPI TOP is experiencing significant growth. We are seeking directors to deliver large, complex, and transformational client engagements. Our small project teams give frequent exposure to client executives and rapid growth in leadership skills.
How You Will ContributeInterested parties should have a strong background in leading and delivering transformational change strategies; integrated organizational design and development programs; leadership, talent, workforce strategies; or HR functional experience in consulting or industry. Core to this experience is the ability to work with and solve client challenges through data‑driven influence and interpersonal skills.
Role Expectations – Director- Lead client work across the full organizational effectiveness spectrum, including operating model and org design, culture and performance, and change adoption initiatives.
- Effectively lead project team to deliver project objectives.
- Scope and define overall problem statement, solution and deliverables.
- Be viewed as a trusted business partner by client and firm senior leaders.
- Rapidly develop understanding of client’s business and how deliverables impact results.
- Analyze client challenges and contextualize solutions within the broader business state.
- Decompose complex issues, frame design solutions, and architect deliverables against SOW requirements.
- Seek opportunities that may lead to new business for A&M and use personal network to discuss opportunities.
- Support the navigation and implementation of organizational change, meeting client needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment by effectively managing up and down the team.
- Take an active mentorship role within the practice.
- Be well versed in multiple solutions of the Talent, Organization, and People pillars.
- 7+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience; energy industry experience a preference.

- Address strategic issues while acting tactically with cross‑functional requirements.
- Comfortable with travel.
