Business and Financial Planning Analyst

• Perform detailed financial and operational analysis
• Act as a business partner to departments throughout the organization
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics
• Ensure business data and reporting needs are met
• Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures
• Define and track company-wide performance metrics and determine relevant data sources
• Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting
• Analyze operational procedures and identify problems
• Conduct ad hoc analyses of operational issues
• Select appropriate analytical techniques
• Maintain BaaN integration settings and Integration Log Reconciliation
• Provide data for periodic forecast reporting (KEP) and assist with budget preparation
• Monitor actual-versus-budget analyses
• Analyze requirements and processes to automate or improve the ERP system
• Train BaaN and LISA users on company policies and procedures
• Assist departments with ERP-related issues and procedures
• Collaborate with Business Analysts from other Liebherr Sales and Service companies to develop reports

• Bachelor's degree (B.S) in Accounting, Business Administration or related field from four-year college or university
• 2–4 years of relevant and related work experience
• Thorough understanding of data housed in the ERP BaaN system
• Working knowledge of IFRS
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and passport
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship

Demonstrates expertise in financial and operational analysis, with a strong focus on data quality metrics and ERP system optimization. Proficient in developing actionable reporting and collaborating across departments to enhance business processes.
