What You’ll Actually Do

This role is equal parts relationship builder and project manager, with Marketing know-how sprinkled on top. You’ll be the go-getter for our clients, guiding conversations, providing updates, and ensuring clients are thrilled with the results we help them achieve.
This position is fundamentally about client relationships. You’ll be one of the faces of One Foot Over to our clients, anticipating their needs, responding with solutions, and ensuring not a single detail falls through the cracks.
Core ResponsibilitiesManage Client Relationships
Act as a day-to-day contact for clients. You’ll know their businesses as well as if you worked there, and talk about their Marketing plans like they’re as familiar as your own life story.
Project Management Excellence
Maintain an extreme level of detail in managing projects and determining priorities. Work with copywriters, designers, developers, and other team members to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
Bridge Clients and Team
Be a liaison between clients and the One Foot Over team, managing expectations on both sides and bringing comprehensive solutions, not just problems.
Data-Informed Recommendations
Understand data well enough to develop, suggest, and measure recommendations for Marketing strategies and activities.
Contribute to Execution
Review client work (copywriting, design, reporting) and provide constructive feedback to the team to ensure only bullet-proof work is delivered to the client.
Stay Accountable
Track all work and time in our project management system.
