Detailed Responsibilities Asset Performance & Operational Oversight
  • Oversee monthly energy production and key operational KPIs, analyzing and reporting variances versus budget and forecast.
  • Support the Operations department in monitoring plant performance, including energy production, availability, PR, curtailment, and defects, proactively identifying and flagging potential underperformance.
  • Review and discuss performance loss analyses (e.g., curtailment, outages, and defects) with the Operations team and O&M contractors, contributing to the definition and tracking of corrective action plans.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and technical audits, as required, to support asset performance, availability, and integrity.
Contract & Commercial Management
  • Ensure compliance with O&M contract terms and conditions, including performance requirements, service-level requirements, and reporting obligations.
  • Support the negotiation, renewal, and amendment of operational and new service contracts and RFPs, in coordination with the Procurement and Legal departments.
  • Oversee the management of land lease agreements, including monitoring contractual obligations, tracking key milestones and deadlines, and ensuring ongoing compliance with lease terms.
  • Assist in the management of joint-venture assets and relationships with project partners, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and governance frameworks.
  • Assist in the resolution of commercial and contractual disputes.
Financial & Budget Monitoring
  • Support Cost Analyst functions in monitoring OPEX and major cost drivers at the asset level, supporting budget adherence and providing input on operational cost variances in coordination with Finance.
  • Support internal reporting on asset-level financial and operational performance, including inputs to budget reviews and forecasts, where required.
HSE & Regulatory Compliance
  • Contribute to HSE and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, laws, and Eni Group policies and standards.
  • Support the maintenance of asset integrity and the implementation of corrective actions arising from audits, inspections, or regulatory findings.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for financing parties, including lenders and tax equity partners, supporting ongoing operational and financial reporting obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure the timely, accurate, and consistent flow of information across the asset portfolio.
Skills And Experience Required Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline;
    Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Renewable Energy Engineering preferred.
  • Degrees in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration will also be considered with relevant renewable energy asset management experience and strong technical understanding.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Significant experience in asset management, operations, or maintenance within the solar, wind, and/or BESS sectors, preferably supporting utility-scale renewable energy assets.
  • Experience managing operational and commercial budgets.
  • Experience managing contracts and resolving commercial disputes.
  • Strong understanding of corporate processes, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and/or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
