Associate Consultant – Operations & Supply Chain, Life Sciences

Ideal opportunity for consultants with Operations & Supply Chain experience and strong Life Sciences expertise from leading consulting firms.
Are you passionate about operations consulting, supply chain strategy, and solving complex business challenges? We're looking for an Associate Consultant to join a high-performing consulting team focused on helping Life Sciences organizations improve performance across their end-to-end supply chains.
What You'll Do- Develop problem-solving frameworks to address complex operational and supply chain challenges
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights
- Own work streams and synthesize data into strategic recommendations for clients
- Support projects across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics
- Collaborate closely with case teams to develop client presentations and recommendations
- Present findings through clear written and verbal communication
- Coach and support junior team members to build team capabilities
- Work directly with clients and support project execution both remotely and on-site as needed
- Bachelor's degree from a renowned university with outstanding academic achievement
- 2-3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field
- Strong Life Sciences industry credibility
- We're especially interested in candidates with consulting experience supporting Life Sciences, Biopharma, Med Tech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain engagements.
Associate Consultant Base Salary: $135,000 annually
Additional compensation and benefits package available
Please Note- Client travel may be required
- International project exposure opportunities available
