Salary Range - $90,000 - $100,000 USD

CEVA Freight LLC, a leading global logistics and supply chain services provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Global Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Transversal Support division within the Business Process Excellence department. This exciting position is based at our Houston location (15350 Vickery PH1) and is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and innovation across international markets.

the Role

As a Global Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across our global operations. You will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, develop effective solutions, and ensure sustainable improvements that enhance our overall business performance.

This senior specialist position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence, strong analytical abilities, and proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks. You will be instrumental in influencing change, fostering a culture of innovation, and supporting CEVA Freight LLC’s mission to provide outstanding logistic solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, deployment, and governance of continuous improvement initiatives worldwide, aligning with global business objectives and local operational needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to map current processes, analyse data, identify bottlenecks, and propose evidence-based enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to empower employees and management in continuous improvement practices.
  • Facilitate the adoption of best practices and standardized tools, ensuring consistency and scalability of process improvements.
  • Utilise data analytics and performance metrics to monitor progress, measure impact, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages knowledge sharing, creative problem-solving, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive change management activities to support smooth transitions and sustainment of improvements across multiple geographic locations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in process improvement to continuously enhance capability and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • Significant experience in continuous improvement roles, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are highly valued.
