The Role
Capco is seeking an accomplished Regional Oil & Gas Lead & Client Partner to drive the continued growth of our Energy Practice across the United States. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Oil & Gas clients while expanding Capco's market presence across upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, and the broader energy ecosystem.
As a senior leader, you will leverage your industry relationships, commercial acumen, and consulting expertise to originate and grow strategic client engagements, shape innovative digital and business transformation solutions, and build a high-performing consulting team.
What You'll Do- Grow Capco's Oil & Gas consulting business across the United States by developing executive relationships, expanding strategic accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead opportunity origination and pursuit activities by understanding client priorities, shaping compelling consulting, digital, technology, and AI-enabled transformation solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing consulting team, fostering an inclusive culture focused on collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and responsible adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
- Own regional sales, revenue, and commercial performance while ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and achievement of contractual commitments.
- Act as a visible leader within Capco by supporting leadership initiatives, developing talent, sharing industry expertise, and strengthening our Oil & Gas practice across North America.
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of consulting experience serving the North American Oil & Gas industry, with expertise across upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, or integrated energy companies.
- Proven success building and growing consulting businesses across Digital, Technology, Business Consulting, and enterprise transformation engagements within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Deep understanding of the Oil & Gas technology landscape, including enterprise platforms, operational technology (OT), digital operations, data platforms, cloud, AI, automation, and emerging technologies that support operational excellence.
- Strong executive stakeholder management, business development, workshop facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience advising C-suite leaders.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the United States as client and business needs require, while embracing AI-enabled workflows and responsible AI practices to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations within Oil & Gas organizations.
- Established executive relationships across major North American Oil & Gas operators or service companies.
- Experience supporting energy transition, decarbonization, digital operations, or asset performance initiatives.
- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and advanced analytics applied to Oil & Gas business challenges.
- Advanced degree or relevant industry and technology certifications.
- Lead strategic transformation programs for some of the world's leading Oil & Gas companies.
