We are seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the coordination, scheduling, and administration of the calibration, maintenance, and repair of assets, both scheduled and on-demand, in accordance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Facilities Coordinator works directly with Facilities Management (Facilities, Asset Lifecycle, & Engineering) and multiple stakeholders to ensure operations are conducted per procedures, spare parts are purchased and administered, documentation is complete and properly filed, and safety procedures are upheld.
ScheduleMonday to Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; occasional off shift hours and weekend / holiday shifts

Basic Qualifications- Associates or Bachelors in engineering or science-related field
- 3+ years in a GxP regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment
- Project management experience is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of GDP, GLP, and cGMP standards
- Experience in equipment services and warranty management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of laboratory equipment
- Oversee the coordination, scheduling, and administration of calibrations, maintenance, and repairs of assets, ensuring optimal functionality, productivity, and minimal downtime.
- Assume lead role for setup, use and management of the Asset Management System.
- Lead coordination efforts with key stakeholders to establish and execute equipment shutdown timelines while minimizing operational impact.
- Draft service documents (procedures, work instructions, service requests, etc.), summary reports, and project plans.
- Work with the Facilities, Asset Lifecycle and Engineering teams for asset servicing, vendor coordination, addressing malfunctions promptly and maintaining GxP compliance.
- Assist Facilities, Asset Lifecycle, and Engineering teams to procure equipment, tools and parts needed for calibration, preventive maintenance, and qualification activities.
- Coordinate, in collaboration with other team members, asset qualifications and validations.
- Lead and maintain spare parts identification, sourcing, and inventory management.
- Draft reports, keeping the Facilities leadership and teams promptly and fully informed of all significant matters. Make recommendations to mitigate corrective action.
- Participate in document reviews to ensure correctness and Good Documentation practices were followed.
