Program Utilization Support Specialist

Supports procurement for a global facilities account, including supplier onboarding, sourcing, contracts, vendor management, and purchasing data. Serves as a key liaison to support efficient operations, compliance, and service delivery.

Maintains supplier and procurement data, supports onboarding, manages COIs and subcontractor reporting, assists with sourcing and escalations, and promotes audit readiness, governance, vendor relationships, and reporting accuracy.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in driving the successful execution of complex programs and procurement strategies. You will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure alignment, optimize processes, and support growth initiatives that enhance overall business performance.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $70975 - $91850

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Sales, Supply Management, and Finance to ensure seamless implementation and execution of client programs and procurement strategies.
• Manage procurement activities such as supplier/vendor relationships, contract negotiation, purchase requisitions, order processing, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive product and category management initiatives including product specification alignment, rationalization, pricing strategy, and supplier performance monitoring to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.
• Lead and support teams by providing training, guidance, and coordination to achieve operational efficiency, meet financial goals, and promote continuous improvement.
• Analyze sales, procurement, and operational data to identify opportunities, inform strategic decision-making, and enhance overall business performance.
• Serve as a central point of contact and liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate communication, problem resolution, and alignment of goals across divisions and regions.
