Lead Salesforce Business Analyst (Onsite)

The Lead Salesforce Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team, leading requirements discovery, process design, solution alignment, and user acceptance activities. As an onsite resource, this role facilitates workshops, drives decision-making, manages stakeholder expectations, and ensures business requirements are translated into actionable solutions that align with program objectives. The role owns process design across business units and provides leadership for UAT planning and execution.

• Lead requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution design sessions.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive process design and business transformation discussions across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Partner with the Solution Architect and Lead Developer to ensure business and technical alignment.
• Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, execution, and sign-off readiness.
• Manage scope clarification, requirements prioritization, issue resolution, and decision tracking.
• Mentor supporting business analysts and ensure consistency across requirements and documentation.
• Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and change impacts that could affect delivery success.

• Extensive experience leading Salesforce or CRM transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, Agile delivery, backlog management, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate executive, business, and technical discussions and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead workshops, present recommendations, and influence decisions at all organizational levels.
