ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Performance & Delivery Analyst to join our Procurement Excellence team. In this role, you will help drive procurement transformation delivery and performance, support regional and USA initiatives, develop procurement analyses and results, coordinate budget planning, and maintain key procurement analytics tools and dashboards.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO

As a Procurement Performance & Delivery Analyst at Cemex, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Transformation Project Management: Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and RAID logs for USA transformation initiatives aligned with the global portfolio.
• Progress Tracking
  :
  Run follow-up cadences with initiative owners, track progress, prepare status reports, flag deviations, and escalte risks.
• Procurement Performance Analysis
  :
  Collect, validate, and analyze procurement data, including savings, spend, and KPIs, to identify trends, drivers, and gaps.
• Executive Reporting
  :
  Develop clear leadership presentations and narratives that translate analysis into insights and recommended actions.
• Planning & Budgeting
  :
  Coordinate budget planning with regional teams and FP&A, including calendars, templates, input collection, consolidation, and variance follow-up.
• Tools & Dashboards
  :
  Maintain procurement and supply chain tools and dashboards, provide AF file support, maintain the Supplier Scorecard, and manage dashboard alerts.
• Data Quality & Standardization
  :
  Ensure the quality, documentation, and standardization of procurement tools and reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination
  :
  Collaborate across regional and global teams to obtain timely updates and align transformation priorities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is desirable.
• Experience
  :
  At least 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, reporting, data analysis, performance reporting, or budgeting/financial planning, plus at least 1 year of project management or PMO experience.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Advanced Excel and Power BI or similar analytics tools, strong PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as MS Project, Planner, or Smartsheet.
• Systems Knowledge
  :
  Knowledge of procurement systems and data, including SAP;
  Coupa experience is desirable.
• Communication Skills
  :
  Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Work Style
  :
  Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, accountable for deadlines, and collaborative in a global, multicultural team.
• Languages
  :
  Advanced or fluent English is required. Intermediate or higher Spanish is desirable.
• Preferred Certifications
  : PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification is desirable.
