Job Summary:

The Market Leader Associate supports go-to-market efforts focused on motorsports targets and serves as a liaison between the Market Leader team and the Advisory AI team. This role contributes to marketplace execution, sales enablement, pipeline development, and internal alignment by coordinating target activities, preparing materials, tracking initiatives, and supporting stakeholder communication. The position also supports the development, maturation, and growth of PitLaneIQ and other Advisory products and initiatives by organizing feedback, coordinating internal inputs, assisting with positioning, and helping align offerings to motorsports market needs and AI-enabled advisory solutions.

• Supports go-to-market activities for motorsports targets, including target list management, opportunity tracking, and outreach coordination
• Coordinates with the Market Leader team to organize account intelligence, industry insights, and pursuit activity for motorsports prospects and clients
• Serves as a liaison between the Market Leader team and the Advisory AI team to support communication, meeting preparation, solution alignment, and follow-up actions
• Prepares presentations, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and status updates for internal and external business development activities
• Tracks pipeline activity, campaign milestones, and action items to support timely execution of strategic initiatives
• Maintains accurate records of target accounts, relationship activity, and business development progress in approved systems
• Researches motorsports market trends, competitor activity, client priorities, and AI market developments to support pursuit planning, account strategy, and offering development
• Coordinates internal meetings with cross-functional stakeholders and document decisions, next steps, and deliverables
• Supports development of tailored go-to-market materials aligned to motorsports industry priorities and Advisory AI capabilities
• Helps identify opportunities to align client needs with AI-enabled advisory offerings and internal solution capabilities
• Contributes to the development and growth of PitLaneIQ by supporting market research, internal coordination, positioning materials, and feedback collection from business development activities
• Supports maturation of Advisory products and offerings by organizing stakeholder input, documenting use cases, tracking enhancement opportunities, and helping align solutions to market demand
• Assists with development of product and offering collateral, value proposition materials, internal training content, and sales enablement resources related to PitLaneIQ and other strategic initiatives
• Coordinates feedback loops between marketplace activity and internal product teams to help inform offering refinement, prioritization, and go-to-market planning
• Monitors deadlines, escalates risks to leadership, and helps ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Collaborates with marketing, advisory, and business development teams to support campaign execution, product alignment, and follow-up

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sports Management, Finance, or Data Analytics, required

• One (1) or more years of experience in business development, marketing, sales support, account coordination, project coordination, or strategy support, required
• Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, lead tracking, pipeline reporting, or account-based marketing activities, required
• Experience supporting product development, offering management, solution positioning, or internal strategic initiatives, preferred
• Experience working in accounting, financial consulting, business advisory, or professional services, preferred
• Experience working with professional services, advisory services, sports, motorsports, technology-focused teams, or AI-enabled solutions, preferred
