summer camp counselors are a fundamental part of the camper experience, providing a fun, comforting, and dynamic environment. You and your co‑counselor will be responsible for the safety, well‑being, and cleanliness of your campers along with establishing a unique vibe for your group! Passionate about stem, the arts, or all things movement? You’ll join a route and help campers discover their interests while acting as support for specialty instructors in focuses like art, drone flying, tae kwon, and more!
counselors work up to 40 hours a week including arrival/dismissal carpool and counselor duties and must attend training the week before the start of camp and decorate their classroom “cabin”. Counselors are responsible for leading 18‑20 campers through their daily rotations, lunch, and playground time along with your co‑counselor.
