• Create a warm, supportive atmosphere that fosters learning and growth for children aged infants to preschool level.
• Collaborate effectively with parents and guardians to understand and meet the unique needs of each child.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, encouraging cognitive, social, and physical development.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare space, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
• Supervise children during meals, playtime, and rest periods, keeping a keen eye on their well-being.
• Provide positive guidance, resolving conflicts with patience and respect while encouraging good behavior.
• Communicate clearly and positively with parents, conveying progress, concerns, and achievements.
• Implement proper hygiene practices, including diaper changing, toilet assistance, and handwashing routines.
• Remain attentive and responsive to children's needs and health concerns, promptly seeking medical attention when necessary.
• Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
