Full-Time Nanny Position – Long-Term Role with a Supportive Family

We are seeking a dependable, kindhearted, and hardworking nanny to become a steady and valued part of our home. We have three children, ages 12, 9, and 3. Our older two are respectful, independent, and require minimal guidance. Our youngest is 3 years old and has Level 2 autism. He attends a therapy school and benefits from structure, consistency, and patience.

Daily school and therapy drop offs and pick ups for all three children are a core responsibility of this role. Managing these schedules smoothly and reliably is a top priority.

• Therapy center for our 3‑year‑old – 15 minutes from home
• School for our 9‑year‑old – 5 minutes from home
• School for our 12‑year‑old – 25 to 30 minutes away

The longest commute is 25 to 30 minutes each way for both drop off and pick up, totaling close to two hours of driving per day. A comfortable, well‑maintained vehicle will be provided. You will not need to use your own car. We are looking for someone who genuinely has no problem driving and is known to be a safe, confident driver.

The schedule offers balance. Mornings and afternoons are focused on transportation and child routines. The middle of the day is typically calm and allows time for full management of the household laundry and light cleaning. We have a professional cleaning company twice a week, so heavy cleaning is not required. We recently purchased double‑load washer and dryers to make laundry efficient and manageable.

We are looking for someone patient, steady, and very kindhearted, but also confident enough to be firm when needed, especially with our youngest. Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude are important to us. We hope to find someone who wants to build a long‑term relationship with our family.

Compensation is $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience, education, and interview performance. We conduct 2 to 3 interviews and a background check. We offer three paid holidays:
Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter. When we travel as a family without the nanny, you will still be paid. Optional travel with our family is available and paid at a higher rate.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work and interested in a stable, long‑term position with a family that values and respects the person who helps care for their children.

Option A:

• M-F arrive at 7 am
• Friday departure at 9 pm

Option B:

• M-T 7 am to 5:30 pm
• F: 7 am to 9 pm

• Experience in Babysitting and Childcare
• Skills and knowledge in Early Childhood Development and Working With Children
• Strong English communication and organizational skills
• Patience, compassion, and a nurturing approach
• CERTIFICATIONS:
  
  CPR and First Aid certified (preferred but not required)
• Prior experience in a similar role and reliable transportation to our home is a plus
