This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Houston, TX. As the Superintendent, you will oversee and manage the successful execution of commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. You will also collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Proficient in construction project management, on-site supervision, and coordination of subcontractors.
• Strong working knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and building codes.
• Ability to create detailed schedules and manage project timelines effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Technical proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction management.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred.
