The Commercial Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial suspended and supported scaffolding construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including pre-construction, scheduling, execution, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and owners
• Review and administer contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Lead jobsite meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise
• Oversee site safety programs and enforce OSHA standards
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and closeout materials

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and employees
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• OSHA 30 certification
• NCCER
• Experience with projects such as office buildings, retail, healthcare, or industrial facilities
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
