Job Title: Construction Safety Coordinator
Location: Houston, Tx (travel required throughout DFW Metroplex/ Houston and West TX)
Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time | Exempt

The OpportunityWe are looking for a Safety Coordinator to support our project sites across the Houston as well as DFW Metroplex and West Tx. This role is key in ensuring compliance with safety standards, conducting inspections, and promoting a proactive safety culture in the field.
Responsibilities- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and training at job sites
- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Support accident investigations and documentation
- Ensure proper use and distribution of PPE
- Stay current with OSHA and industry safety standards
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to maintain a strong safety culture
- 2–5 years of construction safety or management experience (or related education)
- Experience in civil, roadway, or excavation work a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout DFW
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Competitive salary: $65,000 – $75,000
