We are seeking an experienced Building Envelope professional to lead expansion in specialized commercial construction services. This role is pivotal in launching new service lines, overseeing projects from bid to completion, and fostering growth through established general contractor relationships. You'll contribute to safer, more efficient commercial builds while accessing professional advancement, including potential ownership/equity opportunities.
- Anticipate $100,000 - $150,000 base (dependent on experience), plus performance bonuses.

- Anticipated travel:
Moderate, regional site visits. - Hybrid, based in Kansas City or Houston area (may consider candidate in other areas of OK, TX)
- Lead division startup, including estimating, bidding, and project management for commercial jobs.
- Oversee field installations, ensuring compliance with codes and quality standards.
- Build supplier and client relationships to support growth.
- Train and manage small teams as needed.
- Collaborate with ownership on equipment procurement and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Certifications in relevant trades (e.g., UL fire stopping) a plus.
- 5+ years in commercial waterproofing, spray foam, or fire stopping.
- Proven estimating and field expertise.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
