Senior Site Superintendent - Houston Area
Our client, Roni Group, is a rapidly growing professional contractor specializing in a wide variety of construction services, including concrete forming, heavy civil, large‑scale landscaping, demolition, shoring, deep foundations, excavating, waterproofing, and site remediation. They are mirroring their successful operations in the Greater Houston Area and are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join their growing team and to lead all on‑site construction activities for major ICI projects, beginning with a large U.S. Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare facility.
This role has full responsibility for site execution, safety, schedule, quality, and coordination of multiple trades on complex, multi‑phase work.
The successful candidate will bring deep hands‑on experience across demolition, trenching, earthworks, flatwork, and structural concrete
, with the ability to plan, sequence, and lead challenging early‑works and core‑structure phases in a highly regulated environment.
- Lead day‑to‑day on‑site operations from mobilization through completion
- Plan and execute demolition, excavation, trenching, earthworks, and concrete scopes
- Coordinate subcontractors, self‑perform crews, inspectors, and suppliers
- Enforce site safety programs and regulatory compliance (including VA and U.S. federal standards)
- Drive short‑interval planning, look‑ahead schedules, and milestone delivery
- Maintain high standards of quality control and site documentation
- Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and client representatives
- Resolve constructability issues and manage site logistics on active, constrained sites
- 7‑10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large ICI or institutional projects
- Strong background in civil works and concrete construction (flat and structural)
- Proven experience leading demolition and early‑stage site works
- Experience on healthcare, government, or similarly regulated projects strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and trade‑coordination skills
This is a senior, high‑impact site leadership role on a flagship healthcare project, offering long‑term work on complex institutional builds with a well‑established contractor.
