Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation commercial projects in the Houston market. This role focuses primarily on Quick Service Restaurant - QSR - and bank construction projects. The ideal candidate is a driven, hands‑on leader who can manage multiple projects while maintaining strict safety, quality, and schedule standards.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost controls
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams to ensure quality execution
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and company leadership
• Enforce safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to avoid delays
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each project

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial construction
• Experience with QSR or ground-up bank construction strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
