What an Offer Would Look Like

The Right Candidate
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor ideally in the Houston area
  • Brings a strong background in successfully completing Industrial / Distribution / Warehouse construction projects
  • Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) highly preferred
  • Aviation project experience is a major plus
  • Prefer to stay away from primarily retail, schools, or municipal-only backgrounds
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage project financials, schedule, and subcontractors
  • Comfortable running projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree preferred NOT required
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
About the Client
  • Growing mid-sized commercial/industrial builder with repeat clients and specialized project types with a focus on industrial and aviation-related construction work.
  • $400+ Million of project backlog within the aviation, warehouse, and PEMB construction fronts
Job Responsibilities
  • Full lifecycle project management from kickoff to closeout
  • Budget tracking, cost control, and change order management
  • Schedule development and subcontractor coordination
  • Client and consultant communication
  • Managing submittals, RFIs, procurement, and project reporting
  • Ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout construction
