We are seeking a CMT Technician to join our Houston, TX team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Driving to and from job sites.
  • Collection of samples.
  • Observations.
  • Perform quality assurance tests.
  • Preparation and submission of daily reports.
  • Interaction with clients, contractors and other design professionals.
  • 3+ years experience working in the construction industry.
  • Experience reading and comprehending plans, specifications and test procedures.
  • Working knowledge of concrete, soils, base and asphalt pavements.
  • Highway or building construction experience and a proven history of working well with contractors and owners to accomplish construction tasks is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to complete electronic reports us an on-line database system in the field on a daily basis.
Technical requirements:
  • Currently have or able to obtain or already have Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I.
  • Currently have or able to obtain SB-102 and HMAC 1B Certifications.
  • Any other certifications are a plus (i.e. SB101, SB102, ACI-Strength, 1A, 1B).
Other miscellaneous qualities:
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.
  • Ability to obtain missing certification within 6 month of hire.
  • Ability to use and navigate Site Manager is a plus.
