Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Single-Family Luxury Home Renovation Superintendent
to overseean interior and exteriorremodel of a high-end single-family residence in Houston.
This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction and renovation, coordinating and oversightingsubcontractors, ensuring quality craftsmanship, maintaining schedules/timelines,adhering to thebudgetprovided, receiving and inventorying all materials,and serving as the primary liaison between the Owner and Subcontractors.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate has extensive experience(10 year minimum) with high-end residentialfinishes, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a proven portfolio of completed projects.

Potential Six-Figure Salary (commensurate with experience)
- Valid driver’s license and Insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite construction environment
