Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Estimator role based in Houston, TX. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, analyzing project requirements, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure project budgets and strategies align with goals. Daily tasks will include reviewing construction plans, collaborating with project teams, and maintaining communication with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and ensure project success.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs to prepare accurate cost projections
  • Strong Cost Management and Budgeting skills to ensure projects stay within financial parameters
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Ability to interpret construction documents and specifications effectively
  • Proficiency with construction estimating software and tools
  • Previous experience in water, utilities, or infrastructure projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
