- Serve as the senior on-site authority for commercial electrical construction projects.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to superintendents, foremen, and field crews.
- Coordinate work sequencing across multiple trades, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure installation aligns with project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Lead and enforce the site safety program, OSHA compliance, and client-specific safety requirements.
- Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective action planning.
- Partner with Project Managers to develop construction schedules, manpower plans, and material forecasts.
- Monitor daily productivity, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee daily construction activities and resolve field challenges, including:
Productivity constraints, Material delay, Design conflicts, Work interface issues
- Support project cost controls, including:
Labor tracking, Productivity monitoring, Change order execution
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Superintendent / Electrical Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale commercial electrical projects, including:
Power distribution, Lighting systems, Switchgear, Mission-critical systems - Strong working knowledge of NEC codes, safety regulations, and commercial construction best practices.
- Proven ability to manage large field teams and subcontractors.
- Experience with large, complex ground-up commercial builds.
