This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Houston, TX. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for industrial construction projects, conducting quantity take-offs and writing up scope of architectural and MEP, analyzing project specifications, and preparing budgets. The individual will collaborate closely with project teams, vendors, and clients to create detailed and efficient project estimates.

Effective communication with stakeholders is key to ensure precise financial planning and project execution.

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and conducting Quantity Take-offs
• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach in ensuring project accuracy
• Advanced knowledge of construction industry standards, tools, and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in industrial construction or EPC projects is preferred
