We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Engineer. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

As a Construction Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, designing, and implementing construction projects, as well as ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop construction plans and schedules
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
• Prepare and review project budgets, estimates, and cost control reports
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Identify and resolve any construction-related issues or delays
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure construction meets industry standards and client requirements
• Keep accurate records and documentation of project progress and expenses
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or questions
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve processes and techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but experience is great!
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction engineering or project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
