Overview
Landscape Construction Estimator – Residential & Commercial
What You’ll Do- Create preliminary and contract estimates for residential and commercial install & irrigation projects
- Perform take-offs using concept drawings, plans, photos, and site visits
- Price planting, irrigation, and hardscape scopes using cost data and vendor quotes
- Coordinate with designers, PMs, supervisors, sales, and subcontractors
- Maintain phase budgets, pricing data, and a weekly estimate status report
- Experience in landscape, irrigation, or construction estimating
- Strong take-off and pricing skills
- Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple bids at once
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Diverse residential & commercial projects
