Taylor Morrison is seeking an Estimator in Houston, Texas, to manage material takeoffs and collaborate with Purchasing Agents. You will create and manage takeoffs for all floor plans and ensure accuracy for production builds. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in estimating within the homebuilding industry, strong math skills, and proficiency in Excel. A four-year degree in Construction Management or Finance is preferred.

This position is non-exempt, requiring time records and eligibility for overtime pay.
