This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in commercial projects. Responsibilities include assisting with quantity takeoffs, reviewing bid documents, and supporting bid analyses. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in construction or estimating, a degree in a related field preferred, and proficiency in Excel.
