Commissioning Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator with commissioning experience to support a construction project. This role will assist with project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and turnover activities to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. This is a project-based position expected to run through August 2026.

• Support field teams with daily project coordination activities
• Coordinate commissioning and startup activities for mechanical & electrical
• Track commissioning schedules, equipment startup logs, testing procedures, and closeout documentation
• Assist with subcontractor coordination to schedule, hole, report/summarize, and prioritize commissioning
• Monitor project milestones and help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project administration
• Previous commissioning experience
• Understanding of construction processes, building systems, and project lifecycle management
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
• Experience with Facility Grid software is helpful but not required
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Facility Grid software is helpful but not required
