Pay Rate:

Work Scope:

Plumber Superintendents will oversee large-scale commercial plumbing projects, including schools, hospitals, data centers, and other complex facilities.

Responsibilities include:

* Full project management of commercial plumbing operations

* Coordinating large groups of workers, including plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors

* Communicating and strategizing with the General Contractor daily

* Planning work schedules, manpower, and project sequencing

* Managing material orders, deliveries, and inventory

* Reading and interpreting plumbing drawings, specifications, and construction documents

* Monitoring project progress, quality control, and safety compliance

* Ensuring all plumbing installation aligns with project requirements, codes, and deadlines

* Leading meetings, relaying information from the GC, and solving jobsite issues proactively

Looking for superintendent-level candidates with proven experience running large commercial projects.

Plumber Superintendent Requirements:

* Extensive superintendent or senior foreman experience in large commercial plumbing projects

* Background in schools, hospitals, data centers, or large commercial builds

* Strong project-management and leadership skills

* Ability to coordinate crews, communicate with GCs, and manage project logistics

* Must understand layout, scheduling, sequencing, and plumbing system requirements

* Must provide own basic tools and PPE

* Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings

* Reliable transportation required

* Strong professionalism, communication, and organizational ability
