Alpha Paving Industries LLC is seeking a hardworking Asphalt Crew Laborer to join our paving team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing, laying, and finishing asphalt on various surfaces including roads and driveways. This physically demanding role requires strong teamwork skills and adherence to safety protocols.
Candidates should be comfortable with lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous experience in construction is preferred, but not mandatory.
