The OpportunityLoga Custom Homes is hiring a Residential Field Project Manager / Superintendent to help manage a growing portfolio of high-quality spec and custom homes across the Houston area.
This is a field-heavy role, not an office-based project management position. The right person will spend most of their time on active jobsites, coordinating subcontractors, checking work quality, identifying issues early, and keeping multiple homes moving on schedule.
You will work closely with ownership and the Operations Manager, who supports office-side coordination such as purchasing, ordering, inspections, utilities, and administrative follow-up. Your focus will be the field: making sure the work is done correctly, efficiently, safely, and to the standards expected of the Loga Custom Homes brand.
This is a strong opportunity for a residential construction professional who understands how homes are built from the ground up and wants a visible role with a fast-growing builder.
Who We AreLoga Custom Homes is a Houston-based residential builder focused on well-designed, high-quality spec and custom homes.

Our team is lean, accountable, and growth-oriented. We value people who take pride in the finished product, communicate clearly, follow through, and know how to keep construction moving in the field.
