Job Description
Construction Administration Specialist in Houston, TX.
This position will be responsible for ensuring construction projects are executed from concept to completion.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long-term need for my client. The role can be worked remotely as long as someone is in Texas.
Pay: $60, per year.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, etc.
- Experience with construction administration—able to review plans, shop drawings, submittals, etc.
- Able to work with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Knowledge of construction codes, permits, and safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
