Commercial Construction Superintendent

A growing commercial general contractor in the Houston market is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team. This company operates with a tight knit, small company culture and is looking for someone who can operate independently, take ownership in the field, and help drive projects forward with minimal oversight.

This is a long term opportunity for a Superintendent who wants stability, strong leadership visibility, and the chance to play a major role in delivering large scale commercial projects throughout the Houston area.

• 5 to 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Strong tilt wall construction experience required
• Experience managing projects 200K+ square feet preferred
• Seeking someone with career stability and long term tenure
• Traveling Superintendents looking to settle down in Houston are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and leadership skills in the field
• Comfortable managing documentation and field reporting in Procore
• Able to handle daily logs, inspections, safety observations, and overall site coordination
• Self starter mentality with the ability to work independently
