Responsibilities- Assist/manage tilt-wall construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Pricing, estimating, budgeting, and preliminary site evaluations
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
- Manage active projects alongside company leadership
- Commercial construction experience required
- Tilt-wall or industrial experience preferred
- Ideal for someone with 6–10 completed projects looking to grow into a larger role
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take ownership
- Strong communication and organizational skills
