Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team at Roomi Group Corporation.

Responsibilities:

Review project plans, specifications, and client communication to determineproject scope and requirements.
Utilizeestimating software and tools to create take-offs and proposals based oncompany SOPs and protocols.
Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs and schedules.
Respondto client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE's, pricing adjustments,escalations, and other scenarios.

Requirements

Bachelor'sdegree - preferably in construction management, Civil Engineering, or arelated field (or equivalent experience).
5years verifiable experience as an Estimator and/or reading constructionblueprints on a daily basis.
Very strong proficiency in reading blueprints.
Very strong proficiency in using software - estimating software, Excel, Wordand PDF readers.
Detailed,organized, and precise.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
