• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and submit estimates, budgets, progress reports, and cost tracking documentation.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, and project financials.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting repeat business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams to achieve project goals.
• Drive project success through proactive leadership and problem-solving.

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven leadership and project execution experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls.
• Familiarity with IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contracts and/or Job Order Contracting (JOC).
• Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to or regularly work within the Baton Rouge, Louisiana market.

• Bachelor s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in K-12, higher education, municipal, healthcare, or government construction.
• Experience managing renovation, repair, and occupied-facility projects.
• Experience working in JOC or task-order contracting environments.
• OSHA 30 certification.
